Role
As part of our expanding used car sales environment we require an experienced & forward thinking sales executive who wants to join our small, friendly but professional team at the dealership in Hassocks, Mid-Sussex. It is a genuine and exciting opportunity for someone to join our company and be part of our future used car sales business plans going forward. The successful candidate will not be required to work weekends – this is a Monday to Friday position.
Skills & Experience
We believe that the right person will be a focused and self-motivated individual who will take great pride in their ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities whilst also delivering outstanding levels of professionalism and total care customer satisfaction. They will probably live fairly close to us and enjoy being welcomed as part of a positive, focused but friendly team delivering authentic and genuine attention to detail and quality. Ultimately the person will be part of a professional group of people achieving significant vehicle sales, finance and other additional products. As part of the role, the successful candidate will need to be able to handle vehicle sales from start to finish including the important demonstration and handover of sold vehicles and ensuring the customer is given a thorough briefing with the operation of the vehicle and its controls. They will also need to maintain regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure that strong relationships are maintained and enquiries are handled in a thorough way. It is critical that the person is able to commit their attention towards all aspects of a modern progressive car sales environment as well as having a keen interest and work ethic to ensure that all vehicle display areas including the company website are maintained thoroughly and with attention to detail. This role is a five day a week position working Monday to Friday.
