We are seeking a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our dealership in Hassocks as a key part of the team, this role provides support to both our sales and finance teams. This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and reports to the Sales Manager, and offers the right candidate the opportunity to use organisation and administration skills to assist the vehicle sale process.
The ideal candidate will be keen to a be part of a thriving and successful busy sales team helping to do whatever is necessary to ensure that everything is as it should be within the sales department.
Whilst the position is an active and dynamic role getting involved with all aspects of a sales department some of the specific administrative tasks required to perform this role include:
- Vehicle registrations using the AFRL system
- The accurate ordering of vehicles using the manufacturers systems
- Invoicing new, used and trade vehicles
- Maintaining vehicle deal files, both paper and electronic
- Check and prepare reports for both internal and external use
- The use of our DMS system Navigator
Customer skills are preferable, as is an interest in the motor industry. As training progresses you will be able to go the extra mile to help our customers as well as to ensure that everything is organised correctly. Professionalism, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills are essential qualities, as is a full driving licence.
