Opening Our Showroom Safely

In accordance with the Government's guidelines we have re-opened our showroom doors, as of Monday 1st June. Our team has been busy planning and organising safety measures at our dealership, to ensure that we can welcome you back in the safest possible way.

We want to ensure that all of our customers feel safe and confident when visiting us at PDH Motor Group. Therefore, we want to share the steps we have taken to begin to welcome you back, as well as what you can expect when you visit us.

FACILITY CLEANLINESS:

Our team will be regularly sanitising the vehicles and other touch points around our showroom.

If you would like to view inside a vehicle, then please just ask. Our cars will remain locked until a member of our team can safely open the car and show you around. Whilst viewing the vehicle we will also ask that you wear protective gloves at all times. Once you have finished your viewing, the car will be fully sanitised and prepared for the next customer.

HYGIENE FOCUS: 

You’ll be welcomed by a team member who will be able to offer you hand sanitiser, as well as protective gloves and masks should you wish to use them. 

For your added protection, you will find sanitiser and other protective equipment located around the dealership which you'll be welcome to help yourself to during your visit.

SOCIAL DISTANCING:

We ask that you please conform to the social distancing measures by keeping 2 metres apart from other customers.

On your visit you’ll notice that we have repositioned and reduced the number of cars in our showroom to maximise the space and ensure you can safely move around the vehicles, whilst avoiding close contact with other customers.  

We want to ensure that it’s as easy as possible to maintain social distancing at the dealership, therefore we ask that you book an appointment before your visit - you can do this by calling our team on 01273 845544, submitting an enquiry online or live chat with us.

PPE:

In order to best protect you, our team will be wearing a protective mask at all times and will wear protective gloves when they come into contact with vehicles or other touch points. We have also positioned protective screens on all desks within the dealership for your safety.

When it comes to any form of payment, we will be regularly sanitising these touch point areas and facilities, whilst also providing protective gloves if you’re required to use the card payment machines.

Staying COVID-19 Secure in 2020

We confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.

FIVE STEPS TO SAFER WORKING TOGETHER:

1. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people that work here
2. We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance
3. We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home
4. We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace
5. Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk
