Alfa Romeo’s best ever driving experience: GTA is the legendary acronym for Alfa Romeo’s Giulia Gran Turismo Alleggerita. Born in 1965, the GTA is a highly exclusive, specially tuned version of the Giulia GT, developed by Autodelta. In celebration of Alfa Romeo’s 110th anniversary, the Italian car legends used the same recipe but added power and reduced weight - the literal translation of ‘Alleggerita’ is ‘Lightened’. Only 500 units of this unique model will be available to purchase. This new evolution of the GTA takes form in two different models, the GTA and the GTAm. Engineered to specialise on road and track respectively, both cars are propelled by the same outstanding Alfa Romeo technology, and characterised by the same daring spirit.

New Giulia GTA
The new Giulia GTA is a road oriented 5-seater. With its enhanced rear spoiler, Giulia Quadrifoglio front splitter, Sauber aerokit side-skirts and 20” single nut lightweight forged wheels, the Giulia GTA represents a new level of Alfa Romeo sportiness. This is continued inside the car where you will find carbon shell Sparco seats with a 3 passenger rear bench and Alcantara wrapped interiors. Meanwhile, the Akrapovič titanium exhaust with carbon fibre tips will turn heads with its unmistakable sound.
New Giulia GTAm
Alfa Romeo’s classic qualities of performance and unique design come together in the new Giulia GTAm. The GTAm is a track focused 2-seater which embodies the racing DNA of the Biscione. Functionality and beauty combine in this model with its adjustable front splitter, and rear aero wing adaptable in 4 drag positions, still featuring Alfa’s timeless style and aimed to maintain functionality. On the interior the supercar sensation does not end - in the front find carbon fibre monocoque Sabelt sport seats with 6-point coloured harnesses, and in the back a fully Alcantara wrapped rear shelf and rollbar.
Embodying Alfa Romeo Engineering in the name of Power. With 540 HP, the new Giulia GTA and GTAm engine is an enhanced version of the Alfa Romeo 2.9 V6 Bi-Turbo engine. True to the word “Alleggrita” in their name, both models prove to achieve outstanding power to weight ratio results. This lightness has been achieved by a drastic loss of 100kg in comparison to the state-of-the-art Giulia Quadrifiglio from which the GTA is derived. Ultralight materials such as carbon fibre, aluminium, and composites have also enhanced the GTA’s & GTAm’s lightweight design. Consequently, the GTAm is capable of 0 to 62mph in just 3.6 seconds with the Launch Control system.

Top Gear’s review of the Giulia GTA is a flattering testament to this exclusive model’s lightweight, dynamic and sport-centric nature: “Alfa's love letter to the fast saloon doesn't make rational sense, but it doesn't matter: it's very, very special”.
